Getting Information on missing Server/Partitions

  • vos listvldb should work

  • every day the output of afsss -p is put to replicated AFS Volume 

    •      /project/afs/afsss-out

  • lsmount lists the mountpoints, this script works with collected mountpoint information (daily) (replicated AFS Volume) 

    •      /project/afs/mountpoints

Corrupt AFS or Heimdal DB

  • every day the databases VLDB, PRDB, OSDDB and Heimdal DB are saved on hekate 
    •       hekate:/data/DumpsDataBasesAFS/
    • currectly kdc not stopped before saving
  • TSM backup of hekate:/usr/afs/db
