 * for security reasons it is only possible to use email addresses of DESY users which read the email locally
   * it is not allowed to send anonymous email outside of DESY 
 * Most devices support the E-Mail search process using LDAP.
 * The senders name in the E-Mail will be '''`<printername>.scanner@desy.de`'''.
 * color scans possible on all devices, on black/whites too
 * different Scan file formats available : PDF(default), for single page TIFF or JPEG 
 * brief instruction (works on Ricoh MP C3300, MP C4000, MP 4001, MP C2800, MP C2050)
  1. place original
  2. press key “Scan” (to the left of display)
  3. select “Search Dest.” ( display: center above)
       all addresses of DESY users, which do not forward their email outside of DESY are known 
  4. select “Name” and enter the first characters of surname + ok
  5. “Start Search”  (display: left below)
  6. select address + ok
       when required more LDAP addresses can be entered
  7. press “green start key” (to the right of display) to send
  8. place next original within 60 sec. then press “green start key”
     if none, press # key (to the right of display)
