## put an abstract here (few lines) - it will appear on summary pages

A general scheme for handling news messages was implemented:

## end of abstract - anything below will not show up in summaries

 * The summaries of the two most recent items always appear on the front page.   
 * More (ten) are visible on the [[News]] page. And there's a [[News/All]] as well.
 * Below each summary, there's a link to the full message.
 * On the [[News]] page, there's a form to conveniently create new messages compliant to the the naming and structuring conventions:
  1. enter a short descriptive title
  1. click on "Create"
  1. work with the template you get.
